Withdrawal Policy

binexc withdrawals run through an automatic payout system. After you submit a request, security checks run automatically and the payout is sent to your wallet address without waiting for manual handling in normal cases.

Blockchain confirmation time depends on the selected network. In rare cases a request may need an additional security check before release, and you are told in the app if that happens.

Only your Live balance can be withdrawn; Demo funds cannot. Your email must be verified, and identity verification and two-factor confirmation are required where the app asks for them.

Withdrawals are paid to a wallet address you enter in the app. Check the asset, network and address carefully: crypto transfers cannot be reversed.

Minimum $10 per request, maximum $30,000 per request and $50,000 per rolling 24 hours.

No more than three requests in 24 hours, and only one open request at a time. Current limits are always shown on the withdrawal screen.

Unconverted bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Submitting a withdrawal cancels any active bonus. When a bonus ends, the platform's 40% share of profit made during the bonus period is settled once and shown separately before you confirm.

Every request is shown in Transactions with its current status, such as pending, completed or rejected, together with the amount and destination network.

If a completed withdrawal has not arrived, contact support with the request details and the transaction ID. binexc staff will never ask for your password, codes or wallet keys.
