When you register we collect your email address, country of residence and a password hash. To verify your identity for withdrawals we also collect your full name, date of birth, a government-issued ID and a selfie.

When you trade we record the time, instrument, direction, stake and outcome of every order. This lets you review your full trading history in the app and helps us prevent fraud.

We use your data to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, calculate payouts of up to 95% per trade, prevent abuse and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.

We send you transactional emails (verification codes, withdrawal confirmations) and, only if you opt in, occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We share data only with service providers required to operate the platform: payment processors for deposits and withdrawals, identity-verification partners, cloud infrastructure providers and our support team.

We never sell your personal data. We disclose it to authorities only when legally required.

Account and trading records are retained for as long as your account is open and for up to 5 years afterwards, as required by financial-services regulations.

If your account is closed for any reason, the email address you used cannot be reused to open a new account.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion (subject to legal retention rules) by contacting support from the home page.

We respond to all data-protection requests within 30 days.
