Transfer Service
The transfer service lets you move funds between your Binexc accounts quickly, safely and without fees. This page describes how it works and what to expect.
1. Available transfers
Between your own demo and real balances, in either direction β instantly and free.
Withdrawals back to your original deposit method (card, e-wallet or crypto address) as covered in the Payment Policy.
2. Processing time
Internal transfers (demo β real top-up) settle in under a second so you can keep trading without interruption.
External withdrawals are reviewed within 1β24 hours and then pushed to your provider; most are received the same business day.
3. Limits
Minimum transfer/withdrawal: $10. There is no upper cap on internal transfers.
External withdrawals follow your provider's daily limits and our anti-fraud thresholds, which scale up as your account history grows.
4. Security
Every withdrawal is confirmed by an email code sent to the address on your account. We never process a withdrawal to a new method without an additional check.
We monitor for unusual activity (sudden new payout destinations, multi-accounting) and may pause a transfer for a manual review before releasing the funds.
5. Person-to-person transfers
Binexc is a self-trading platform, not a payment service. Direct user-to-user transfers are not supported. All withdrawals must go to a payment method registered in your own name.
