Deposit Policy

binexc deposits are automatic. There is no manual approval step: once the payment provider confirms your payment on the blockchain, your Live balance is credited automatically, typically within about 5 seconds of that confirmation.

Each deposit uses a personal payment invoice generated in the app, showing the exact asset, network, address, amount and a countdown timer.

About 15 of the most-used coins and networks are supported, including BTC, ETH and USDT on TRC20, BEP20 and ERC20. The current list is always shown in the deposit screen.

Always send the exact asset on the exact network shown for your invoice. A transfer on a different network can be permanently lost.

The minimum deposit is $10 and the maximum is $100,000 per generated payment.

binexc pays the payment-processing fee. You are never charged a deposit fee by binexc. Your own wallet or exchange may charge its own network fee for sending.

Processing: the invoice is waiting for payment and stays open until its timer ends, even if you leave the app.

Completed: the full amount was received in time and the balance has been credited automatically.

Cancelled: no full payment was received before the invoice expired. Every status is visible in your Transactions.

An invoice is credited only when the full requested amount arrives. If less than the requested amount is sent, including an amount below the $10 minimum, the deposit is not credited and is cancelled. Always send the exact amount shown.

Four personal deposit offers are available: $50 (30%), $80 (50%), $120 (75%), $200 (90%). Each personal code requires a deposit at least as large as its own tier; smaller deposits are rejected. Apply the code before payment. Bonus-code deposits must be between $50 and $200; normal deposits retain their separate limits. Bonus terms are described in the Payment policy.

If a confirmed payment is not shown in your balance, contact support with the transaction ID (hash). Never share your wallet private key or seed phrase with anyone.
