Question 1

How do Achievements work?

Accepted Answer

Achievements recognises settled Live trading milestones and certificate qualification. Check qualification progress and open your certificate directly in Achievements. Its Step-by-step guide explains the requirements; Missions shows your current run of completed UTC days meeting the 15% daily target. A missing or below-target day resets the run. Demo and tutorial guided trades do not qualify. Achievements offers no cash rewards; trading involves risk.

Question 2

What are digital options?

Accepted Answer

Digital options are a simple trading instrument where you predict whether the price of an asset will be higher or lower at the end of a chosen time period.

Question 3

Which trade types are available?

Accepted Answer

You can place Buy or Sell trades immediately, or create a pending order that opens when a chosen price or time is reached, with an expiry from 1 minute up to 4 hours.

Question 4

How does a Buy or Sell trade work?

Accepted Answer

Choose a market, amount, direction and expiry. Your entry price is recorded when the trade opens, and the result is calculated at expiry. A correct direction returns the stake plus the displayed profit; a loss returns nothing; an exact tie returns the stake.

Question 5

How should I practise before using real funds?

Accepted Answer

Use the demo balance to learn the chart, expiry controls and pending orders. Demo results do not predict real-money results.

Question 6

Do pending orders stay active after I close the app?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A price- or time-based pending order stays active after you leave. You may cancel it while it is still waiting to open.

Question 7

Can I close my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Account deletion is available from Profile and Settings and is permanent. Withdraw any eligible cash balance and resolve open requests before deleting the account.

Question 8

What is a trade expiry?

Accepted Answer

Expiry is the time when a trade result is calculated. The selected duration is shown before you place the trade.

Question 9

What is a trading platform and why is it needed?

Accepted Answer

A trading platform is the software that lets you analyze charts, place trades and manage your account in one place.

Question 10

What results can a trade have?

Accepted Answer

A trade settles as won, lost or draw. A win returns the stake plus the displayed profit, a loss loses the stake, and a draw returns the stake.

Question 11

Do I need to install binexc?

Accepted Answer

No. binexc works directly in a modern browser. Installing it on your device is optional.

Question 12

Is there a limit on running trades?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A market can have up to 30 running trades for the current candle. If the limit is reached, use another market or wait for the next candle.

Question 13

Where can I find help or the trading guide?

Accepted Answer

Open Support in the trading app for FAQ, Tutorials and Live support. The guide appears on a newly created account's first app entry, not on later sign-ins. Replay it from Support > Tutorials. Each new Try demo entry also offers it. The focused guide covers markets, expiry, investment, pending orders, history, timeframes and chart tools. Choose Buy or Sell once for an isolated 10-second guided trade; guidance then follows the chart entry and explains the actual profit, loss or draw at its result marker. The guided trade never changes Live or Demo balances or account trade history, and guarantees no outcome.

Question 14

What determines profit size?

Accepted Answer

Profit depends on the amount placed and the payout percentage shown before confirmation. Payouts can vary by market and duration.

Question 15

How can I calculate the profit for a trade?

Accepted Answer

Profit = stake × payout %. The exact figure is shown live in the trade panel before you confirm.

Question 16

What is the minimum deposit amount?

Accepted Answer

The current minimum crypto deposit is $10. The app shows the exact minimum and maximum before you create a payment.

Question 17

How do I request a withdrawal?

Accepted Answer

Open Balance, choose Withdraw, use the eligible crypto method, enter the destination and complete any required identity or security check. The automatic payout system then processes the request.

Question 18

Are there deposit or withdrawal fees?

Accepted Answer

The deposit checkout shows the exact amount and network before payment. A receiving wallet or network may apply charges outside binexc. Review every amount before confirming.

Question 19

How often do I need to deposit?

Accepted Answer

There is no deposit schedule. Add funds only when you choose to trade with your cash balance.

Question 20

How can I deposit?

Accepted Answer

Open Balance, choose Deposit, select a supported cryptocurrency and network, enter at least $10, then pay the generated invoice before it expires. Credit is added after network confirmation.

Question 21

How do personal promo codes and deposit bonuses work?

Accepted Answer

After registration, you can claim one personal code for each available deposit tier: $50 (30%), $80 (50%), $120 (75%), $200 (90%). Each personal code requires a deposit at least as large as its own tier; smaller deposits are rejected. Apply it before paying for an eligible deposit; each code can be used once. The bonus is limited by both the code's tier and the deposit amount, with a maximum of 90%. Current limits apply to unused codes; previously credited bonuses are unchanged.

Question 22

Can I withdraw a deposit bonus immediately?

Accepted Answer

No. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. You must complete the displayed trading target, currently 50 times the bonus amount, to convert the bonus to withdrawable balance. Any withdrawal cancels an active bonus. When a bonus ends (target reached or withdrawal), binexc keeps 40% of the profit made while it was active; you keep 60%. Example: $80 deposit + $40 bonus grows to $220 → $140 withdrawable.

Question 23

How long does a withdrawal take?

Accepted Answer

Withdrawals are processed automatically by the payout system. The current processing note is shown in the withdrawal screen; blockchain confirmation time depends on the selected network.

Question 24

What withdrawal limits apply?

Accepted Answer

The withdrawal screen shows the current minimum, per-request maximum and daily limit. Only one request may remain open, with no more than three requests in a rolling 24-hour period.

Question 25

Do I need identity verification to withdraw?

Accepted Answer

When required by the withdrawal settings, your account must be verified first. Additional email, authenticator or selfie checks may also be required for account security.

Question 26

What is required to create an account?

Accepted Answer

Choose your country, enter a valid email and a password of at least eight characters, accept the required confirmations, then enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.

Question 27

Can I register with false details or someone else's identity?

Accepted Answer

No. Your account details and verification documents must belong to you. False or third-party identity information can lead to account closure.

Question 28

When is identity verification required?

Accepted Answer

The app shows your verification status in Profile. Verification may be required before a withdrawal can be submitted.

Question 29

How long does verification take?

Accepted Answer

Clear submissions are checked automatically. If automatic verification is unavailable or repeated submissions need review, the documents are queued for manual review.

Question 30

How do I correct my identity details?

Accepted Answer

Update the editable details in Profile before submitting. Your saved document type and number must match the document you scan.

Question 31

Which documents can I use?

Accepted Answer

You can use a passport, driving licence, or a national ID where that document is available for your country. National ID and driving licence require both sides; a passport requires the photo page.

Question 32

How do I know verification succeeded?

Accepted Answer

The verification result appears in the app and your Profile status changes to verified. Rejected submissions include a reason; after four finalized document rejections, the next review is handled manually. Incomplete checks do not count as finalized rejections.
