Payment Policy

Binexc aims to make moving money in and out of your account as fast and as cheap as possible. This policy lists the accepted methods, processing times and the fees we charge — zero.

1. Accepted methods

Local bank transfers, Visa/Mastercard, popular e-wallets and major cryptocurrencies (USDT TRC-20/ERC-20, BTC, ETH). The exact list shown to you depends on your country.

All accounts are denominated in USD. Local-currency deposits are converted at the mid-market rate on the day the deposit clears.

2. Limits

Minimum deposit: $10. Minimum withdrawal: $10. There is no maximum per transaction, only the daily limits set by your payment provider.

Verified accounts can deposit and withdraw an unlimited number of times per day.

3. Processing times

Card and e-wallet deposits are credited instantly. Crypto deposits credit after the required network confirmations.

Withdrawals are reviewed within 1–24 hours, then sent to your chosen method. Most users see the funds within the same day.

4. Fees

Binexc does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees, ever. Your payment provider, bank or network may charge their own fees outside our control.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

Deposited funds are credited as trading balance and used at your discretion. Refunds are issued only for clear processing errors and only back to the original source of funds.

Unjustified chargebacks lead to immediate account closure and may be reported to the payment scheme as fraud.
